Yall keep talking about 2nd rounders as if that was apart of the OKC trade just now... do we know that yet? I mean I know that we got two in the trade with Portland, but the trade hasnt happened yet with OKC. I am still wondering the reasoning of it, and if we are getting anything in return for trading down again for Beaubois. Another 2nd rounder or something else?

So is Rodrigue gonna play here next season? Or is he staying in France? Cuz I'll be damned if he stays in France.

Watching the RB vid on YouTube. The kid definitely has long arms and a smooth shot. Reminds me of Reggie Miller, in a way.

All we know for now is that it's "a future second round pick".

"We got the exact guy we wanted and picked up a couple future 2nds as well Hopefully we arent done !"
That was Cuban's most recent tweet.
That's an omen for things to go down... "hopefully"....
I don't know how to feel about this.
EDIT: Ahh Pongo, ya beat me.

I think I've figured it all out. Cubes and Donnie are trying to recreate the magical Mavs of the 90's.

That's exactly why Cuban wanted him - it's all part of a plan!

The Value of the Point is clearly MUCH more powerful than the value of a point in America...remember we are in a recession.

Yeah but he really came alive at the end of the season. Got more minutes and had a stretch of 10 games where he scored 12+ points. In europe (where games are shorter and players generally get less playing time) thats pretty good. His best game was the last one where he scored 31 points on 13-23.
Also your stat is wrong. He averaged 10 points in 22 minutes. Not bad at all for such a young guy.

The guy (Beaubois) worked out for the Mavs. DB.com picked it up, posted the link to the video. DMN Maverick blog may have too.

Agreed.
Can't believe Blair fell all the way though. I guess being a 6'5" center will do that.

I wondered which team would gamble on Blair. With Thomas and Oberto out in SA he'll have a chance there. Short, obviously, and the ACL issues but a 7'2 wingspan and rebounder like his was a no brainer.

Chase is NOTHING like MC, at all. Chase is crazy athletic...MC has no athleticism. Chase is a SF fyi.
Also, B.J. Mullens is mix-raced, not white.
There's a lot of Donnie level stupidity going around tonight.

Come on. Really. If Cubes really isn't looking to add some talent to the team, why not at least give us fans a good coiffure for conversation?
