Remarkable: Shaq made 9 of 15 free-throws vs. Kings.

If Artest had done exactly what Nash did, I'd wager he'd have gotten at least 4 games. Maybe more.

Was Nash having flashbacks to when Horry took him out and just reacted?
George Hill is looking like another steal for the Spurs.

Who in the hell is Anthony Morrow? 37 and 11 boards? Undrafted? Might have to pay attention to this guy if he's doin' this in his 3rd proffesional game as a player.

I love Anthony Morrow's game. He has a sweet stroke.
Nellie certainly has an ability to see talent where others don't. I would have never guessed that CJ Watson could be an NBA player.

actually, I just looked it up...
Game 1: 5-15
Game 2: 10-18 <-- there it is
Game 3: 7-18
Game 4: 6-16
Game 5: 6-18
Game 6: 7-15
Game 7: 10-22
Game 8: 6-13
Game 9: 7-17
tonight so far he's 5-12

and it's not like he's defended like Dirk is... like at all. A lot of those misses are blown Devin Harris type layups or jumpers.

wow
after I typed that Roy scored a few buckets to make him 9-18 for the game :P
and they just STOLE one from the Timberwolves. The wolves look exactly like we do... they know that even if they're ahead 10 with 5 minutes to go, they're gonna lose.

The Spurs are holding it together quite nicely with a lineup of barf, vomit, ralph, puke, and Duncan.
Must be nice.

Duncan has to be given MVP consideration at the end of the season if the Spurs end up being a top 3 team in the league heading into the playoffs. The way he's kept this shallow roster afloat during Manu and Parker's absence is incredible.
Roger Mason is coming along quite nicely for SA.

Only Paul Hewitt can hold Anthony Morrow under 30.

Guys have stepped their game up. Finley looks like he's 24 again. And Roger Mason..... he's just been solid all year for them. That was a great find. I didn't even know he was even in the league. I remember he got drafted by the Bulls and was out of the league. Guess he found a home in Washington.

What a mess that is the Rockets have. Its bad enough T-Mac is injury prone. Looks like Yao is injury prone as well.

yao's missed more games the past 3 years than tmac has. they are both made of glass... yao mostly plays through his injuries while tmac will sit out with anything.
edit: looks like tmac is going to shut it down for awhile. he hurt his knee that he had surgery on and will sit out some. hopefully ron's isnt too bad.

So which of the 3 will be out for the Mavs @ Rockets game on Wednesday? Just T-Mac, or not even him?

ugh, quite annoyed at all the close wins the Spurs are getting despite these injuries. Looks like the scrubs have stepped it up. Could very easily be 2-8, but alas... are 5-5 >_<

The Spurs are holding it together quite nicely. Of course it all starts with Tim Duncan but 2 new guys (Mason and Hill) are a big reason for it as well as Finley looking like 8 years ago. Hell, even Matt 'wtf' Bonner is waking up.

I don't know about being 2-8. One of those games I didn't see it but I think they were up by 13 or 14 to the Bucks and lost the game. They pulled a Mavs lol. Crazy that they could actually be better than 5-5 right now. Gotta love it if you're a Spurs fan. When is Parker or Ginobilli due back anyway? And does Robert Horry still play for them or is he just getting DNPS?

Horry's a FA, although someone will give him a phone call some time around February. Maybe SA, maybe someone else.

Why do you post in a Mavs forum? Wouldn't you be better off posting in a general NBA forum? You have yet to profess any love for this team - you say you like them then turn around and talk about how much you don't like them...
Don't act surprised that people are pissed when they catch you throwing rocks in their home...

haha LeBron is really pissed off at cleveland cause they boo'd him cause he dribbled off the clock rather than getting 2 more points to get everyone free chalupas. Cavs won the game, LeBron scored like 44 and they boo him. Are they retarded?
I guess he went off about it after the game, even cussed in the quote. Pretty funny.

The point is that we HATE SA here. Hate them. Respect, but hate them. So even though I dislike you for other reasons, it has nothing to do with this. I would say "AUUGHH" for any "I like Manu" comment.
I think what irritates everyone the most is you've named off like 6-7 teams that you are "fans" of, with a million players you hope get rings, hope don't rings, hope the only get rings for certain teams. The bottom line is this is a Mavericks forum. We are very hardcore about our fandom. If a fan of another team comes here, fine. We will probably dog on them until they show an ounce of intelligence and some solid basketball knowledge. You haven't showed either of those.
also, it doesn't help that the grammar and structure of your posts are always atrocious and a lot of your sentences make no sense at all.

I can see you Dallas Maverick fans would hate SA, it's kind of like Net fans hating Knicks just because they are close distance teams and other stuff. I bet it makes you so much happier when you guys kill the Spurs right? Same with a lot of Nets fans when we beat Knicks
The only players I want to win rings are Kidd and Richard Jefferson. Richard Jefferson more so because he bleed the Nets franchise and Kidd I'm still really not sure about I want to say I want him to win a ring, but it would be hard to see him win one this year. I kind of know what Raptor fans feel like when Raptors play Nets and see VC, like he ditched them Kidd did the same thing to the Nets basically.
and as for grammar and sentences I know I totally sucked and both in school and still suck at it

Not just because of distance - the Mavs and Spurs have history together (like the Celtics & Lakers, but to a much lesser degree...)
It's more like the Spurs slept with our sister and gave her a disease, but we slept with their mother and knocked her up (except a lot more hardcore than all that...)

haha, nice example of the sleeping withour sister part. I'm sure it feels the same though for maverick fans when you beat Spurs as when Nets beat Knicks, it just feels great. But I totally understand being a Yankees fan so I got the Yankees and Red Sox rivalry
