an offensive foul on the teams star in the final minute of a close game to keep the series within reach? Must be McGrady

Snag a tooth is a beast this game. Great defensive play. He looked like Mutombo on that shot. And damn Boozer was open on that possession. LOL@T-Mac and the Rockets being pissed Scola made the free throw. I don't even think he wanted to lol.

At 55, he's better than anything Eddie Jones, Juwan Howard and Stack has given us which is a shame....

Carl Landry is a beast. Blocked Boozer's shot. Then when the ball was going out of bonds (in the air) jumped and caught it (threw it back to Scola). Scola was then fouled. Great game. Got to wake up at 6 AM.

haha TMac said "we was trailing". How did he get THAT wrong? Everyone knows that first person plural past tense for "to be" is "were".

I don't know man. Sometimes when Stackhouse speaks, I don't know what he's saying.

Maybe Skip is the key? Could've used his 20 points the past two games. Aldeman has made him a player.

At least this win will make me sleep easier. If they lost I would probably have gone to sleep pretending to punch Kirilenko's face to a pulp. Hell, I still might think about that before I go to bed.
Great win Rockets!
Carl Landry needs to keep playing like this. He looked like the Carl Landry from earlier in the season.
By the way, anyone see Kirilenko try to flop in the last second? Hilarious.

this is taboo to post in this even though there is a mavs game going on..but
The Detroit Pistons are losing by 17+ in the 4th quarter. I guess they are being lackadasial and that is why they're losing.

Watching some of this game, when I can, I can't help but wonder: What kind of team are the Suns now?
What are they?

I wonder are the Spurs just this good or are the Suns just this poor. Not taking anything away from the Spurs because I think they're probably playing the best ball of anyone in the West and probably in the league factoring in their playing against a much better opponent than the Celtics are. But the Suns look horrible. I think it has more to do with the Spurs defense though. I expect a Suns run though but Pop is coaching this game beautifully right now. Has Shaq on the free throw line not because there's a 50% chance he'll miss the free throw but the fact he's at the line just kills the Suns momentum.

Jalen Rose tellin' it like it is. The league better not change that rule. The league needs to teach him how to shoot free throws before they ever think about limiting the Hack A Shaq rule.

Nice to see the Spurs get some props on a Mavs board.
Especially considering that this might've been the first series in a long time that the Spurs were the underdogs.

LOL, I don't know why the analysts get it wrong everytime. They always say the Spurs are too old and they end up proving them wrong. Just jinxing whoever they play. There putting the Suns to sleep right now.

Oh boy, that shot of Steve Kerr says it all. And his wife next to him has the "I've never met this guy before" embarrassment look on her face.

We are so much better off than the Suns, right now. Hope we can meet the Spurs in the next round and then the Lakers and then the Celtics.
What is most scary about the Spurs is their discipline. They might be boring, but they get the job done.

Why do they insist of keeping Shaq in the game and making this even more emberrassing. Poor guy has no shot of defending the pick and roll. It's like a slow plotting rooted to the ground gozilla being attacked by 100 helicopters.
