maybe haywood only stats trying and giving effort after the all-star break every season and we're just now noticing this because we got him at the break last year. maybe he always takes the first half of every season off. lol

For whatever reason, I think Haywood decided to show up, as opposed to him outplaying Tyson. Really not a case of one playing better than the other, but differently, IMO.

Okay, lets play that game:
Tonight: Haywood outplayed Tyson
Sacramento game: Haywood outplayed Tyson
1st Sacramento game: Haywood outplayed Tyson
That's 3 of the last 5 games he's played in. And you could make a case he outplayed him in the Phoenix game despite limited minutes.

I misread your post and edited mine accordingly. Didn't see that you said "half of".

He played better than Tyson tonight. Not that Tyson was bad, but he was still outplayed. It's great to have both centers playing effectively.
Tyson: 7/10 5 turnovers, +9
Wood: 12/10 1 turnover, +10 (his defense was better as well).

its hard to judge someone during garbage time minutes but while Haywood played meaningful minutes he was pretty good

If Wood plays like this in the playoffs, I like our chances a lot more.

i do agree that he played slightly better than tyson, but you have to factor in that some of haywoods stats came in garbage time at the end of the game, and he also played more minutes than chandler

I hope that Haywood realizes that if he brings his A game come playoff time, it greatly increases our chances and his especially to win a ring. Hopefully that motivates him.

He needs to stop leaning backward while shooting free throws.

Heh he is impossible to time FTs with on NBA 2k11. It's very realistic.

Ah don't get me wrong I can hit them with Haywood prolly 40% of the time, and you are right about Marion. That shot is so sporadic.

with tyson you have to hold the stick down for about 5 seconds, for marion it's about 0.2 seconds. can't get the hang of it. lol. if i get 1/2 i'm happy

Did you see his stone hands and stupid actions during the game? Ok stats are ok but it was a pretty bad game from him without looking at his stats!
