Hey guys (and gals )

I thought I would start an official movie review thread so we can talk and discuss movies that are out and you want to give a review of it or upcoming movies that you can't wait to see..

I'll try and post movies that will be coming out every weekend. So if you've seen a good movie lately or even one that we should not waste our money on come in and let us know.

THE FIGHTING TEMPTATIONS

OVERVIEW

Darin Hill (Cuba Gooding Jr.), a smooth New York ad executive, loses his job and has nowhere to turn. His luck changes, though, when he discovers he's going to receive a nice inheritance from a wealthy aunt who recently died. But when he returns to his hometown in Alabama to collect the cash, he uncovers the catch: First he must organize a successful gospel choir. That's easier said than sung, because he can't find any talented singers … until he meets sultry jazz singer Lily (Beyoncé Knowles).

i've heard that it's the best performance of Murray's career. He's really changed/grown alot as an actor over the years..but, stripes and caddyshack are still classics

Haha was it that bad? I know that dialogue and plot will be filth, but I heard there is plenty of violent action.

If you're looking for "plenty of violence with no plot" I'd suggest doing a tour in Iraq before I'd suggest watching Death Race...
