Accidentaly turned my radio to Randy Galloway on the way home. He has the over/under for games Q starts at 8.
Personally I'm going over. probably 10 or 11 because I think this season he will be thrown overboard to either sink or swim, instead of letting him start a few and then shift and switch and fumble around like in the past.
What do you guys think?

(he also has the over/under on wins at 6.5, but I didn't want to start another thread for that)

I think he makes it the whole season.

As for Cowboys wins, I'll take the under. I think we go 6 - 10.

I think he starts them all unless he is injured based on Parcells statements.

But wins are another story. put me down for four wins.

I don't really understand Randy at all. Why wouldn't Quincy be the qb all 16 games? I'm not saying because hs is the better qb or anything but Parcells has stated that Hutch needs to go back to qb 101 school. If thats the case than why would he bring him back if he feels that he isn't ready to produce? Then you have Romo next in line. Unless a vet. qb is signed I don't really get how Quincy won't start all the games.

All of them. Not necessarily out of confidence in Quincy, although I think Parcells is willing to suck it up this season, but b/c we all know that Hutch can't save them. There's no point is switching. Also, I don't think Parcells would want to screw w/Quincy's confidence too much being that he's unstable enough as it is. If it becomes obvious that Quincy sucks even worse than we anticipated, I would actually expect a veteran to be brought in before they let Hutch start again.

Quincy starts every game. Bill will ride him and see what Carter has. If he does well then Quincy has a job next year (not necessarily as the starter). If Carter does poorly then he is out of football and the Boys have a GREAT pick in the draft.

4-12 is my guess on the Boys record this year.

I hope we are not just playing for a draft pick. I think bill genuinely thinks he can turn this thing around perhaps in a year. 106 QB rating has to mean something.

16 - I think Q will suprise a lot of people around the league this year. Of course I thought that last year.

He did not get a fair shake last year, wasn't his fault the kicker missed the kick to win the game. Quincy was on his way to an .500 record, until that happened.

I think he will start as long as he is moving the team effectively, showing consistancy and making the right decisions. I don't think he will be pulled based on win-loss record. Considering those behind him, I don't see that Parcells has much option but to go forward all season with Q as the starter. Barring injuries, I have to say he starts in every game.

I say all but maybe 1 or 2, Quincy needs to step it up. I always thought he was better than Chad anyways.
