Clippers place Wang Zhizhi on injured list; activate Parks
Friday, February 14, 2003 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- (02-14) 14:46 PST LOS ANGELES (AP) -- The Clippers placed center Wang Zhizhi on the injured list Friday and replaced him on the active roster by activating forward Cherokee Parks. Parks missed five games because of back spasms. He is averaging 2.0 points and 1.8 rebounds in eight games this season. He will be in uniform Saturday night when the Clippers face the Boston Celtics. Wang is averaging 3.8 points and 1.7 rebounds in 23 games.
