Keep the Mavs out of this. This is for teams signing players.

The Dollar General Mavs Discussion.

Yeah, someone put the police tape up. This is official police business. There apparently has been a robbery. From reports we gather someone broke into the offices of the AAC and robbed the place of all its assets. We have no witnesses but the suspects were reportedly seen going to Brooklyn.

Cause everyone wants a 4/40 and we're the only ones who can't seem to talk a player away from that.

This is like watching an episode of shark tank and Mark Cuban tells every person asking for money "I'm out".

Now that's a team that attracts free-agents. Say what you want to about Cliff Lee. He simply made a mistake by leaving.

I am not even a baseball fan, but after reading and posting on this board and seeing Dirk throw that pitch last year, I feel a secret happiness whenever the Rangers win. Texas teams have begun to grow on me, except the Cowboys. Never the Cowboys.

Camby gets 3 years/$13M with $10M guaranteed.
Danny Green stays with the Spurs and he, too, gets 3 years but for $12M.
So the Spurs FO seems to believe that 3 yr deals for role players are doable under the new CBA.
What thinketh Cuban?

Steve Novak must be an elite player... the Knicks re-signed him for four years at $15M.

I believe the trajectory of the ball is largely determined by the amount of your cap space.

Would Toronto really screw themselves that bad if they would rescind that offer for Fields? I mean, it's not like players are lining up to sign with them as of now, would it be really that bad for them, worse than paying Landry 20 million for 3 years?
