This team struggles against defense. The offense fails like the last two games and we don't have the defense to stay alive when we're not scoring (25th in the league)

It really sucks being a Mavs fan right now. You want your team to win, but I want Kidd gone in the worst of ways.

It's a coach's job to get a team to play better. If we are the worst defense in the league again tonight, then it's on him for not getting them ready.

Phases of Mavs fanhood:

1) Mavs are up and suporting cast is clicking-- I like this. Maybe Kidd isn't a dummy.
2) Mavs suddenly can't score or defend - F Kidd
3) Only Luka is doing anything and we're barely treading water - F Kidd
4) We keep losing until it's 12+- -- we're unimpressed
5) We put in a couple of late buckets to only lose by 6

I was really happy with his signing too. Crafty guy that can run an offense get in the paint. And the length to challenge on defense. Really I liked all 3 signings.

Grant in a funk offensively and refs aren?t giving him much leash to be tough on defense.

Double-edged sword, though.

The demand for bigs may lend Powell a little value.

Maybe, which is why we need more than one player. Drummond/Caruso should be our targets if a price is to be paid. Since poor Hardy can't see the light, well I'm sure Chicago would be interest in him.

I wouldnt do Green, Hardy and Holmes because DP and Maxi would still be here.
Any deal would have to include at least one of those 2.

I still think we need an upgrade at starting PF even though DJJ has been a surprise. We just arent much better than when we had Dfs.
