Aboslutely insane that I have to argue about which game is the most embarrassing. We just continue to have so many totally embarrassing games, but right now this is the absolute worst. We started unprofessional with zero urgency and zero attitude and reacted with zero grit.

Positive - We didn't have Luka, or.course the offense was going to look like shit. He grabs a high level of rebounds and gets a high level of assists too.

Holmes.can play. Hes no.savior but hes our 2nd best big. Id even tey him next to Lively. Especially if or until we get a starting pf.

Green played solid minutes especially in the first half, but he has moments where he could have used his athleticism to take over the game but would randomly.faceplant

Philly had no embiid and almost beat the Celtics. Mavs without Luka get comfortably handled by the worst team in the league due to injuries.

And I really don?t think the roster Mavs have is that bad.

It?s the coaching. Plain and simple. No excuse to look like that vs the grizzlies No sense of collective defense, rare sets. Just wing it.

Was Greg Brown III available to play? I saw AJ Lawson and Dexter Dennis get garbage minutes, but Brown is the guy we need to see. His last game with the Legends was 20 pts, 12 rebounds, 4 blocks.

There is just no excuse to fall apart like this. Every time I consider buying home tickets, it's something like this or Luka not played etc. Not worth it.

Getting outcoached implies Kidd actually coaches with schemes and the ability to have guys ready each night.

You know, I was seeing some positive signs with not playing Powell and putting TMac in his place. But the guy is dumb as shit when it comes to schemes and lineups and just about everything else. It's Luka that has made the offense run...not Kidd. Kidd can't get his team ready to play because he is the dude bro that won the 2011 ring and that's all he'll ever be.

For those that think we're too negative here...tell me one positive thing about the guy that is more than "the players like him" stuff?

I might be I the minority here but I think it's time we just go ahead and move THJ, Green and Hardy plus a 1st round pick for a legit two way 3rd star.

I've been on the jerimi grant or siakam bandwagon for the last 2 years now.

I think they both bring that arron Gordon type of length and flexibility defensively that you need around Luka and Kyrie.

The problem with that is you very rarely need much scoring to beat this year's version of the grizzlies

They are a bad basketball team.

If anything it just goes to show how inconsistent this mavs team continues to be over the last 2 years.

Nico a few weeks ago said he likes to give a team around 25 games before judging them

So in roughly 10 more games I think we'll know what this team is overall
