I might be slow but wasn't there a rumbling that Cuban was interested in him at some point last season? Or am I thinking of someone else completely? That Cuban and Nelson were interested in trying him out or something like that?

I thought the running joke last year was bringing Deion Sanders onboard.

I thought we were interested in some rapper. I don't know his name, but he tried out for a team year before last and almost made the cut.

Master P is trying to get in the camp again this year, but he's been I guess he's going to be invited to Charlotte's camp.

Ok, Master P is who I was thinking of.
On the espn board, they were talking about the possiblity of Moss coming here. Apparently, he has mentioned Dallas as the team he wants to play for? I don't know, I haven't read anything about it. If I remember correctly, isn't Moss and Jason Williams good friends, or played in high shcool or something together?
Im not familiar with him, is he someone we would give a try, like in camp or something?
DJ, please tell me your kidding about the Deion Sanders thing?

yes he played high school basketball with Jason Williams in West Virginia. I think it would be a good fan thing and media thing. However he would be of no significance to us.

If he would be of no significance to us, then don't bother with him. We need players that can contrbibute now, not bring in media attention or fans.
I think, after the year we've had, we can build on our fan base and media following without another "rodman" experience.

Thank you hales. I knew it was a rapper, but since I don't listen to the music, the name never caught for me.
