Waiting for confirmation on this source. If this is true probably real bad news. Mavericks likely won't contend this year and if the Nets are any good Dwight and Deron will re-sign.

It makes no sense at all and I consider it a fake until someone else reports it.

Why would we help the Nets getting D12?
Why would we acquire another shooting guard?

But we would get rid of both long-term deals in Haywood and Marion, get back Okur (1-year) and Reddick (6M for 2012/2013).

Still: highly unlikely

If true, its either our best chance at becoming a super team or the end of an era.

Only 29.14 salary next year. If we can pull off some FA action, we could keep the dynasty alive. If we want to rebuild, it'll be easy with just Dirk, Roddy and Reddick on salary next year with Odom's salary being team option 8.2mill
