Cad suffers from asperger syndrome and autism, very serious disorders. But he is the biggest Mavs fan and Dirk fan ever and you all just shattered his entire world when you banned him. He can't help his problems with communicating in a civil manner but he has agreed to start seeing a therapist if you would just consider giving him one more chance.
