what are your shows???
I figure we all have a few that we faithfully watch...so which are the NON SPORTS RELATED tv shows that you go out of your way to keep up with?
mine are
#1 Lost
#2 Colbert Report
#3 Scrubs
#4 My Name is Earl
#5 The Office
#6 Studio 60 (strong thus far)
(thanks to Flaco for reminding me...)
with a holding pattern for "Heroes" and "The Nine"

24 (starts January)
The Office
Scrubs (starts January)
Studio 60, love it so far.
Those are the big ones that I must watch live.
2nd tier shows....
Heroes (growing on me)
Family Guy, American Dad, My name is Earl
and ER because she makes me watch it.
edit: almost forgot, Colbert Report rocks!!
I've heard that CBS has tv shows...but I dont watch any of them

Colbert Report doesn't even compare to the daily show. He tries too hard.

thats funny, because I would say Stephen Colbert's humor is at an overall higher level than that of Stuart...
maybe a but too uppercrust

I certainly wouldn't rank him above the Daily Show, I put them on equal footing. Maybe because Colbert Report is still kind of new to me, it's entertaining me more....
Now that Comedy Central plays Scrubs, and is bringing back Futurama in '08, plus Colbert, Daily Show, (and that racist mf'er Mencia is growing on me) they have a pretty kick ass network.

Didn't we just have this in a thread?
Absolute Stopdowns:
Lost
Studio 60 (Honestly, this is already almost on Lost level for me)
Grey's Anatomy
The Office
In for the season, unless something goes horribly wrong:
Heroes
Intrigued after one episode:
The 9
Watch with the wife:
ER
Was a stopdown last year, but is QUICKLY losing steam for me:
My Name is Earl
That enough categories for ya?

Lost (favorite show)
Friday Night Lights (great possibilities but rather predictable so far)
Studio 60 (Perry is great and I love Peet's character)
The Nine (didn't care for the first episode, I may not continue watching this)
Entourage (when running)
OC (wife - when running)
American Idol (wife - when running)
SPORTS
Obviously this is in no specific order, otherwise SPORTS would be much higher!

Once again, we discussed this in another thread. I don't care if it's girly, it's a great show, and at least BBL agrees.

in order by "must see" factor:
1. Colbert Report - LOVE IT! I tivo it and usually watch each episode twice.
2. Project Runway - only one episode left this season.
3. a tie between American Justice, City Confidential, Cold Case Files, and 48 Hours Mystery
4. Pardon the Interruption
5. Extreme Home Makeover
6. House Hunters
7. Deal or No Deal
I watch entirely too much tv. How unfortunate. But I still manage to read about one novel every two weeks. Keeps me balanced.

The only show I watch regularly is Metalocalypse, and I DVR family guy. Other shows I'll stop while channel surfing are Colbert Report, Daily Show, and that's it really. Maybe sprinkle in some Pimp my Ride.

Oh, I have no doubt it would be classified as gay. But it wouldn't be the first thing I do to be voted gay on the show.
Sike is right though, the badgers would be disappointed. Perhaps it's time to reevaluate....

Okay, I'll watch these shows on my computer when I'm toasted out of my mind (I don't watch anything live except for sports - TV sucks):
Family Guy
American Dad
Drawn Together
South Park
Aqua Teen Hunger Force
The Brak Show
SeaLab 2021
Harvey Birdman
Futurama
Mr. Show (anyone remember that one?)
[that's a lot of wasted braincells...]

I'm 22, and I watch the majority of those shows.
Mr. Show is totally underappreciated. Sketch comedy at its finest.

It was more about them being the ONLY shows he watched...and the toasted comment.
But 22 was around what I would have expected.

New scrubs will be returning in January. In the mean time if you live in Dallas, there is Scrubs on channel 27 at 10pm or something like that.... and Scrubs on comedy central at 6:30pm....and maybe 6pm too...Im never home from work yet i dont know.
Also, Mythbusters is a pretty cool show. My fiancée turned me on to that. I can't get into dirty jobs though.
Anybody like to watch WSOP?

I also enjoyed watching the non-holdem satellite events they showed last year, but it looks like they're only showing holdem this year.

Yeah how about that Jamie Gold guy who ends up winning?
I can believe some of things he says, or the freaking great cards he picks up. unbelievable.

He had an unbelievable run of cards, that's for sure.
He is a perfect example of why I do not have the mindset to play in a tournament like that yet. I would have jumped the table and punched him in mouth after the fifth "What are you doing!? I told you what I had!!" moment.
