Denver picks up Porter at 14. JUST barely makes it into the lottery picks

It'll be interesting to see if Porter plays this year or if he ever becomes something. If he does, that 14th pick won't be awful.

I thought he was lumbering kind of stiff-like. I'm happy for him. That injury definitely took him down a few notches. Maybe that'll be a blessing in the long run for his character.

Bridges is the kind of guy you want next to a playmaker like Doncic. Love that dude and wish him well in Phoenix. Hoping we can still crack a lower first or another second to go along with our two second rounders.

Nice trade picking up the 1st, too. I really like what both the Suns and 76'ers are doing with picks and accumulating young talent. I'd like to see Mavs add 1 more here if possible, but they may be sitting tight and waiting to go after Cousins at this point and just adding another big at 33.

Rick Carlisle says he doesn’t expect Luka Doncic to play a full summer league schedule. “He needs a break” after a long season with Real Madrid. Mavs will figure out how much they want Doncic to play in Vegas.

Yeah they have enough pieces now to where its just about waiting for those guys to develop and get some vets in there. Their young core is impressive and may be the best in the league now.
