So who drops out of the top 8 playoff spots???

Still quite a few shoes to drop too: does Chris Paul get traded to Phoenix or to the East or at all? Does Jru Holiday get moved? Can the Kings sign Vuc? Are Horford, Butler, Kyrie or Tobias Harris coming west?
