No doubt about it. Steep price for moving up two spots. That said, I have always been a big fan.
Based on the video I have seen of him playing with Dragic, he can absolutely play off ball as well. Not as complimentary as a pick and roll 5 would have been with DSJ though. All in all, I like that we went ALL IN. This was the draft to do it. And like others have mentioned, next year's draft is weak period. Doesn't mean there will be no one, but it isn't close to the past two drafts. Now onto FA where it is very clear the Mavs are trying to find their way to the playoffs... lol.
