Pakistan will not say they have #2 surrounded unless they already have him in custody, maybe they are holding him so the US will approve the 3 Billion in Aid that is waiting for approval by the congress.

Chicken feed to get pakistan on our side. You realize that with pakistan normalizing a solid anti-terror front of india-pakistan-afghanistan-IRAN-iraq-SYRIA-israel is being laid througout the mid-east. Only a few more dominoes to go..
