Again I can't see the game so I don't know if he is passing up all shots but Dirk could use a few more. Why not let him play for the MVP trophy =/

This is why you need depth at center. It doesn't matter who does it as long as it gets done.

Is it possible for Stack to stop shooting the outside jumper?

Yeah, I confess to being a little disappointed by our two-headed 5's play tonight. Benga's been our best option so far.

Wow, Stack was bailed out there. Looked like he got the strip clean but Liv was called on the foul after the ball was knocked loose.

Nice play Stack.
Speaking of Stack....what the hell is he doing to Elton Brand in this screenshot?

Stack is 2-8. Why? At least 4-5 of his shots have been from 17 feet out.

There's a reason why Stack's a 40% shooter for his career. He's not very smart.

The Mavs are kicking the crap out of the Clippers. And the beating shows no signs of abatement.

I hear ya, but that last three was just too open to pass up. You have to shoot those, if you've got ANY semblance of a shot. Take, for example, the 22-footer Daniels made a few possessions ago. If they are going to double Dirk at the top of the key, you have to take the open shot when Dirk passes it to you, even if you shoot like Daniels does.

Definitely a great bounce back from a pretty sub-par first quarter. Time to make the last shot - push it to a 9-10 pt. lead entering the half.
Stack would do well to redeem himself by hitting a timely end-of-quarter 3.

But I really hate games that are schedulded (?!?) this late. It's almost 6 in the morning here in germany. I'm lucky that university starts next week and not today =D

that was a wonderful 2nd quarter. DJ is scary good. I seriously haven't seen him miss a shot in the last 4 games that he has played.

I am REALLY impressed with his footwork. I'm sure the blackbelt in Judo helps, but his footwork has been solid. He gets in good position and noone can move him.

In the 2nd half, I'd like to see more from Damp/Diop. 1 pt, 3 rebs, 5 PF is just ridiculously bad. Damp especially. DJ's our top rebounder tonight...nothing wrong with that but there's something wrong with that if you know what i mean.

There is no such thing as too open to pass up. You don't have to shoot those. That's why teams have no problem giving him those shots..because he hits them at a ridiculously low percentage even when unguarded.

I'd like to see the beating to continue and a bit more of Dirk and why he should be the MVP of this league.
And like OD has said a bit more from our two other centers

Yao left the game against the Rockets with a broken foot.
Guess their playoff hopes are gone.

And so are my hopes of the Rockets beating the Spurs. The Rockets really had a miserable year injury wise much more worse then our Mavs imo.

Chris f*ckin' Kaman...
There should be some sort of rule where people who attain a certain level of ugly shouldn't be allowed in the NBA.

Now they can legitimately tank for draft picks instead of just tanking because it's in their culture.

Stack would be eliminated from the league.. With the way his head juts out at the eyebrows and with the way his lower lip drages to the ground. He looks like the missing link.
