How did everyone choose there nicknames and icons? We've done this before, but there are some new people and some have changes theirs recently.

My name comes from a nickname given to my favorite player(Fin) by Mark Folowell, and I switched back to the crab icon for a while because that was the original one I had when I signed up. But I'll probably return to the Tiger soon for obvious reasons.

I was listening to the radio when I chose mine. "Because I got High" by afroman. I bet that you never would have guessed. I chose my icon because he was the highest looking icon.

MFFL is one of the 2 names I had for SportsTalk. I think I reserved MFFL for a friend who later decided not to post there. I was posting as Mavs#1Fan.

Ocelot comes from the Playstation game, Metal Gear Solid. One of the bad guys name was Revolver Ocelot, and I thought it sounded cool. Then, I went/will probably transfer back to the University of Arkansas, hence ark.

I chose the snake icon 'cause I actually have a pet snake.

~*Cat*~ just because it's always been my nickname, yes, even with the little ~* *~ on the outsides, but only when written. My icon is a blond woman because up until I was 10 y/o, my hair was blond. Once I got my tonsils taken out, I couldn't go outside much that summer, and my hair went brunette and I've been brunette ever since.

Rhylan's my name.

'Shrooms are my game.

OK, not really. The shrooms part anyway. Rhylan is the name my momma gave me. I just picked the icon because the faces all look weird, and a few notable people already had the cool ones at the time I registered. I don't remember seeing the American flag at the time. I thought about switching it the other day but I'm stickin' with the fungus.

the baghead because being from louisiana, i've seen saints fans doing this for years. when their team sucks, they still buy tickets and go to the games, just with bags on their heads, intending to harass their own team. well, the mavs have sucked for a while (until recently), so...

The nickname comes from the fact that I don't like the guy, never have, never will. The icon... I just think wolves are cool.

Mine comes from a Renaissance Festival. One of the skits is the 'magaga' skit. A couple of pirates, Puke and Snot making puns about the 'poop deck', and other such hilarity. Here's the web site:

I chose the username, "David" because it is my name, duh. and I chose the icon because I thought it was an actual caricature of myself. I thought, to myself, "where did they get my picture?"
