I know it is long and not going to happen, but I think it is fair for all teams. I might be a little off base. GS would get a good player in Terry, and a unique project in Pavel - while not taking on too much salary. NJ rids themselves of the last 2 12 mil on Zo's contract, while picking up an expiring deal (henderson) and a very good young inexpensive player (howard). Delk could provide scoring off the bench and has about 6 mil on his 2 years. ATL - I dont know why they would do this unless Terry really wanted out...Walker is talented (and an expiring deal), Steff has a non-guaranteed contract, Bradley would be a tough sell on the Hawks (but who else plays center for them), and draft picks.

According to espn, NJ might complete a s&t with Denver for Skita. If this is true, they would only get a young prospect and salary relief. While Dallas cant offer this type of salary relief, they can offer a young prospect and some salary relief by taking on Mourning's contract.
