"The basic question, is she qualified? Sure, I think that's why I think she's a very formidable candidate and I think Republicans have underestimated her both in terms of her political savvy and her overall skills," Huckabee said during a conference call with reporters. |

Who is he talking about? Who's "underestimated" hillary? Sounds like he's trying to get anyone to pay attention to him as no one knows who the heck he is.
