It's a measure of how BAD the East is this year that none of the teams were able to control their series. They have all went to seven games and who knows what will happen now. Frankly, who cares. They are just going to be 5 game Spurs/Lakers fodder.

I actually think your comments are pretty ignorant. Other than Mavs-Jazz, the Western Conference Playoffs have been pathetic.

Philly-Toronto has been a great series, with Vince and Allen playing "Can you top this?" Milwaukee-Charlotte has also been extremely intriguing.

Bite me. I'm allowed to make comments. You don't like it - tough. The teams in the East are so evenly matched (bad) that of course the games are close. But none of the teams will do well against either the Spurs or the Lakers.

Well I'm voicing my opinion and I'm starting to see that maybe the western conference isn't as strong as we thought it was. Lakers seems to be going on cruise control through the western conference.

it proves nothing in comparison to the western conference because the two conferences aren't playing each other.

murph - the comparison I was trying to make was that there is not a dominant team in the East. Both the Lakers and the Spurs dispatched their opponents in a quick fashion. No team in the East could do that.
