What's up with the Miami Heat(or should I say Miami Freeze)? 2-13 record and lost their 11 straight game tonight against the Wiz.

Riley made poor decisions on his team based on the impossible restrictions (the Heat HAD to stay under the luxury tax plateau). The Heat have also had some injury problems (Zo mainly). This was supposed to be Riley's last year anyway - I'm sure he would have preferred to go out with somewhat of a bang, but that's life.
