Default Rangers vs Angels

We are looking pretty good today. Blaylock just hit a 3 run home run and we have taken a 9-3 lead in the third inning

RA Dicky has pitched a great ball game. His 3 runs were unearned since Young committed 2 errors in the third. The HR hit off RA was a great pitch like 6 inches off the plate

Lance Nix is impressing the hell out of me

He has hit a HR and made 2 HR saving catches

I agree. RA is doing great. If the team could just get some solid (not even great) starting pitching I'd be back on the bandwagon. Let's hope we see a trend developing.

i agree X. I like our lineup. All we really lack is a solid clean up hitter but we can manage without it

Chan Ho through some great ball the other day as well. Rogers was pretty good. Lewis had good stuff but lacked control. However, CLewis managed to string together a good outing. That's a great start for the Rangers' starters so far.

Looks like Palmiero left some viagra samples in the clubhouse for the starting pitchers....

I hope that he also left some refills...Kenny and "Out of the " Park are going to need it to keep it up.

Man...even if they don't have a good year...my interest in the Rangers is renewed. I love the youth movement. What's not to like about Young, Soriano, Blalock, Texeira, Nix, etc...

If nothing else, this team will be FUN.

Even if they suck again, I can't help but love them. I have no choice in the matter.

However, I AM secretly hoping that fan interest is still a little low, so I can continue to enjoy my beloved $5 seats with LOTS of elbow room.

Don't get too attached to Soriano. He will likely be gone before teh trade deadline.

I want to hate them, but doggone it...I love those Rangers.

LOL and I thought I was the only one looking at the huge crowd today.....and looking forward to the empty parking lots soon to come. (just kidding...I of course want the Rangers to do great) And R.A. really looked sharp today. (I missed that bad inning with the homer so I am not sure what happened with that....man those concessions were slow) And Lance Nix....those 2 good plays in center had folks buzzing.....but the boo birds were out anytime Soriano did anything remotely close to wrong. The rangers and rogers have looked good tonight. Unfortunately, the Angels are a damn good hitting lineup. They scored 6 runs off of Rogers with 2 outs in the fourth. Most of the hits came off of pretty good pitches.

Its hard to remember when the rangers were 3-3 after 6 games into the season. The most important factor that I like in this Rangers team is the way they work the opposing team pitchers. Amamzing statistic that all the starters of opposing team have reached 100 pitch count in 5 innings or less and thats showwalter baseball. I like the direction in which this team is going.
