Stop playing Powell. Play McGee. Even if Mcgee is dumb and terrible, he is still a better defender than Powell.

1000% Powell is fine as a back up. I'd also dump the valley in to McGee in offense to jeep him engaged on defense and rebounding. He can actually get some buckets.
