it also means that the mavs had less situations where they had 2 - 3 days off in a row to recover from injuries and such. if you play and have a day off then play the next day, you don't have much time to heal the little nagging injuries..but if you have opportunities to have 2 and 3 days off at a time..it gives you a better chance to get over the nagging injuries

Scottie's just trying to make excuses for why his team got blown out by the clippers. Scottie: your team is going to have the same number of days off between games as the Lakers will in the playoffs. Is that going to prevent you from getting swept? I doubt it.

Someone should explain to him that the Mavericks did not have more days off than the Suns. Also I don't think he saw the Mavericks recent road schedule from hell. Maybe they should resign Horry so he can throw a towel in his face like he did Ainge.

We had the worst road trip that any team in the NBA has taken all year (y'all all know which one I am talking about), and if I remember correctly, we had more road games than any other team in the league almost up until the all star game... Maybe it's time for the "King of Kentucky" to start worrying about how he can keep his job when his players hate him, and after they get swept in the first round, instead of about the Mavs...
