Aquire a solid young big man with all the potential in the world. Has the size and strength to become a dominant center in years to come. Now have an incredible core for the future with Harris, Daniels, Howard, Nowitzki, Curry, Benga, and Podkolzine. Get servicible backups in Davis and Robinson even though we take on their horrible contracts.

Why for the Knicks....
Get the guy they have been after all along Crawford and get a servicable backup in Williams. Allow younger guys to get more playing time.

I can not express to you how much i hate this trade... at least not on this baord

We lose an extreme amount of talent, curry is a project (on who is failing with the bulls accourding to recent reports), robinson is unwanted by everyone, and pippin is too old, Davis is ok but we dont really need him.
