Reading every trade, FA, coaching rumor.

This is sports.

Watching a team that might not have deserved it overachieve by getting sixty wins and making it to the Western Conference Finals.

Watching that same team lose it's best player to injury, costing it any chance of advancing to the next round.

This is sports.

Being excited that your most tradeable asset was traded for a sweetheart deal, filling one of your holes.

Being demoralized that a week before the season, a player who you don't like is being brought in.

Being excited that this player's versatility could be the thing that puts your team over the edge.

Watching said player destroy your teams vaunted chemistry.

Watching a team that had gone from the best road team in the league to one of the worst.

This is sports.

Getting the best draw possible for a potential return to the Western Conference Finals.

Watching your team lose every close game in the playoffs.

Watching the best free throw shooting team in the league miss 13 FTs in a two point loss.

Watching a team full of great shooters fail to make even one shot in the last ten seconds of a game to tie or win it.

This is sports....and it makes me miserable.











But I wouldn't trade it for the world.
