Missed layups are horrendous, but acceptable. At least you got where you wanted to go.

Mental errors such as traveling (hello gradeschool?) and bad passes (mental lapses) are not acceptable.

Nash was doing a good enough job of turning the ball over without Walker's contributions....However to be fair, although the turnovers were untimely, over all Nash did a great job of taking care of the ball.

If you'd like to point out that the Mavs went on to score on that possession, then fine. However, the title of the thread is 'nash and walker's missed layups and turnovers in the 4th.'

It's not 'nash and walker's missed layups and turnovers in the 4th except those layups that were turned into field goals by someone else in the same possession.'

The thread was meant to show the futility of Nash and Walker in the 4th..to break down exactly how bad they were in a couple of areas. It's not a bibliography of everything that went wrong for the Mavs in the quarter. It's simply illustrating a couple of aspects for a couple of players..
