Miami at Dallas - Game Six NBA Finals
There'll be no excuses for our cornered and enraged Mavs tonight, as they will channel their anger and lay the log to these stupid, decrepit Heat. The StackAttack is back, and he'll score a nice 16 points to compliment Josh's 12 rebounds, and a 39 point night from our reawakened Big German, and we will run these blasted Miamian bastards out of our building. Nobody ever said winning an NBA championship would be easy, but Mavs fans will be feeling a lot better after seeing how easily we dispatch these damned Heat reprobates in this crucial Game 6...
No Excuses For We Lucky Few Tonight! Only Blood and Iron for our treacherous foes! More Honest Dallas Bayonets for Yellow Miami bellies in the AA Center tonight! Stab, Stab, Slash, and Huzzzzzzzzzzaahahhhhhhh for the old Blue and Green!!!!!!!!*
* I know my bayonet picture didn't work in game 4, but it (and my own all-time record in starting playoff GD threads) was previously undefeated, so I will use it again, and try to make amends for it and my earlier GD failure with this thread.

Cool Carolina Won??? That means that the statement I heard earlier today, that since the Pittsburgh Pirates won game 7 on the road in 1979, the home team is 17-0 in game 7's! Carolina then has upped it to 18-0!!!! Woo hoo!

Remember the quote on all those NBA commercials:
"Our greatest glory is not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall."
well, the Mavs have fallen, now its time to rise to the occasion and kick some ass.
I don't care how we get there, just get there.
GO MAVS!

The home crowd will be juiced up. We will rip their hearts out and feed it to the hyenas. Not one of them will leave the AAC alive.

Absolutely. We will see the San Antonio game 7 Dirk this game and the next. The player we've been waiting for will show up, and it will be sweet. He wants the pressure. He wants the drama. I believe!!!

Mavs take this one by making a statement in a 12 point win with Dirk returning to form with 37 points and 12 boards.
GO MAVS!!!

I thought we'd win game 5, it was close enough. Dirk usually comes up huge in elimination games. If he needed the extra motivation, he got plenty now. I like the fact that he hit his last shot attempt, will boost his confidence. We have HCA. I can feel a blowout coming up. Mavs by 30.

I have invisioned Dirk and the Mavs holding up that championship trophy for years now. We finally have the opportunity to do that. Two games at home! Lets take care of business tonight, (by 12), and blow these aging curtail riding punks out of the AAC in game 7!!! Evil, I know your bayonets could never lose two in a row so I am feeling rather confident for tonight. GO OFF DIRK... GO OFF!

I expect nothing short of a blowout. Our defense will strike down upon thee who laughed at us. Howard is gonna shut down Dwyane Wade, there's no way he scores over 40 another time in this series.
It's us against the world.

I have to post, finally. Usually I don't, but on the biggest game of the year, got to. Lets go Mavs, tear the hearts out of these NBA rigged Heat.
Nash and DWade are the suck.

I'm not going to predict the outcome...but the Mavs need to be careful and not misplace their anger. Usually under a stressfull situation, the players tend to vent their anger at the referees if the calls don't start to come their way. The anger becomes frustration, and the slightest Miami run, especially during the fourth quarter, could sap any remaining emotion. I see this game potentially going two different ways: 1) If the Mavs focus their energy/emotion on the game itself, they will win easily tonight. 2) If the referees begin to affect the game, the Mavs players and Avery will lose their focus, especially during the 3rd and 4th quarter. The Mavs could be drawn into making a lot of stupid mistakes which similarly cost them games 3 & 5. Wade/Riley/Shaq seem to be the type to take advantage of that and whistle on by and carry the trophy home. I don't want to see Walker hoisting that trophy up...
All of this mess just because of game 3....Go Mavs!

Being in Brasil has left me Mavs-less since Game 2 and without mojo-assisting powers but times are dire and our Mavericks are on the brink of elimination in their first ever Finals contest..........
entonces, may this GDT mojo have a VENGEFUL ATTITUDE and be CATASTROPHIC IN RESULT FOR ALL OPPOSITION...

I'm glad to hear that the Heat was laughing and smiling whenever they got off the plane yesterday because I think they're in for a rude awakening...

I am predicting an absolute ass-whooping by the Mavericks with Dirk pouring in at least 35 and 15 rebounds.
He has got to be super aggressive from the very opening tip.

I am currently still here in Miami, as I attended game 5 sporting my Josh howard jersey and a crazy attitude nobody in my section liked, but If the Mavs win this game tonight, I will be flying home early from my family vacation just to see our boys whip some ass in a game 7. Good guys are gonna come out on top tonight and I expect a HUGE game from Jerry Stackhouse. If I was Avery, I would start Stack over griff/harris tonight just to get his energy flowing early. At least make him the first sub in....GO MAVS FROM A MAVS FAN ON VACATION IN MIAMI!!!!
106-98 go mavs.
