Calculation is based on over 90 different variables to quantify the quality of possessions:
- Shot Making
- Shot Selection
- OREB Probability
- Defender Closeout
.
Actual Score: Mavericks 114-121 Suns
ShotQuality Score: Mavericks 115-110 Suns
Based on the quality of shots taken:
Mavericks win 65% of the time
Suns win 35% of the time
This is an advanced metric I am not familiar with. Its one thing to crate good shots, and another thing to make them. Our shooters are wildly erratic. If we could just count on just one of the trio of Maxi, Dorian and Bullock to get hot, we'd be in pretty good shape. It would also help is Dinwiddle and Betans can make a few as well.

Win this game and we're in good shape. Go Mavs!
