I know but damn there has to be a silver lining of some sort from that embarrassing situation.
Just hoping OKC as a whole has some disrespect for us now to give us some type of chance.
If both teams are playing at their highest levels we have no chance imo.

@214mavericks: 37 yr old Dirk was the only double-digit scorer for the Mavs in Game 1 (only has happened 3x in his 18 yr career)

Man last night sucked. Our defense was horrendous.

Looks like some of you were right about Deron.

Doubtful for game 2...I'd say he's done for the series
JJ is most likely out too...

It's going to get uglier.

Parsons and Evans are out for the season... Barea, Lee and Williams are probably going to sit out tomorrow as well... That leaves us with only 10 players and a lineup of:

Felton/Devin
Wes
JA/Charlie
Dirk/Powell
Mejri/Zaza/McGee

Can we call a player up from the D-League? What are the rules on that?

That's what I'm wondering. It wouldn't be fair if we lose 1 more player.

Reinjured what kept him out for 6 or 7 games. He said it's back to where it originally was. So I don't expect to see him the rest of the series.

He plays well when he wants to. And if it is injuries, then you def don't want to keep him since he is always injured.

Well, you're full of give-up tonight... What's going to happen when Rick checks this site to get coaching tips?

Amazing how we went from having 4 healthy PG's and one SF (Parsons) who can play point forward to having one healthy PG(Felton). Hopefully Felton finds his shot because he has played like shit the last few weeks.

The bowling ball is the only one left on the team that can dribble around their defender.

Dirk is the only guy that can create offense in that lineup. Everyone else pretty much relies on other people to pass to them for open shots/layups.
