Anderson would probably cost us at least 2/3res of our cap space after signing Parsons, not to mention Anderson plays the same position as Dirk and probably couldnt play next to him under virtually any circumstances. I like the idea of Anderson but he just isn't a fit here. He would be if he was a $5m per year type of guy.

Offensive abilities can expand. Rebounding improves. He can move from center to PF. His shooting is what Dirk would be proud of. Maybe Carlisle can find his new Dirk, and that's Horford for a long term contract after Dirk retires. Another good debate on Dwight Howard or Al Horford.

I wont be surprised if Atlanta makes it to the second round. But I don't see the hawks coach able to win the east. They also have a young center prospect and splitter. Which means there is a good chance the hawks move on with Horford if they aren't able to make it to the finals. Korver and milsap aren't that young either. Wes and Parsons aren't 30 yet.
