If Houston loses another, we're in, right?

Would really like to have an all hands on deck for Monday night. Dont really care about a 1230 PT game in Clipper land when theres a b2b with Utah. Just want to get out without injury.

If the opportunity is there, go for it. But if the Mavs get down early against Clippers, then chalk it up to timing. Win streaks end at some point.

Yeah they have 3 more losses than us and we have 3 games left. If they lose one more we are in.

That was short lived. Memphis loses two games in two nights against the NBA's elite Mavs and Warriors.

Grizz couldnt finish it out.

Refs let GS get away with so much on defense. That last shot by Lance was a foul.

Mavs will make it to the 2nd round if they get the Clippers or Thunder in the 1st round. Mark my words. You might think I'm crazy but my optimism of this team went higher the minute Justin Anderson replaced Chandler Parsons.

Really dont understand the percentages before this clipper game that mavs are 99% chance of making the playoffs. Obviously that drops now to around 45, but Houston has lakers, twolves, and kings with the mavs facing clippers jazz and spurs.

Its coming down to tomorrow night. And please do work Barea.

Hopefully Towns and the Timberpuppies help us out tomorrow by beating the Rockets.

If we beat the Jazz tomorrow, then not only do we secure a playoff spot, but also the 7th seed.

Crazy that we can still technically finish anywhere between 5 and 9 with only two games left.

Hope to get either 8 or 6. Tired of playing the spurs.

RC's Zaza craziness is going to cost the Mavs a playoff spot. Watch Gobert abuse Zaza for a quarter before RC plays Mejri. WTF RC?

The poll is closed, the YEAS win.

Looks like we've officially avoided a 1st Round sweep at the hands of Golden State... Mavs clinch the 7-seed, still technically have a shot at 5 or 6.

Mavs (home) vs Spurs bench
Grizz @ GS (playing for #73)
Blazers vs Nuggets

- If Dallas loses, it doesn't matter what anyone else does, we finish 7th and get the Spurs in Round 1.
- If Dallas wins, Portland wins, but Memphis loses, we finish 6th and get the Thunder in Round 1.
- If Dallas wins, Memphis wins, but Portland loses, we finish 6th and get the Thunder in Round 1.
- If Dallas wins, but both Memphis and Portland lose, we finish 5th and get the Clippers in Round 1.

Let us not forget that Memphis has clippers tonight, THEN GS tomorrow. If they lose both, Mavs get the 6 seed even with a loss (if im doing math, its early)

@BillSimmons: I can't believe Dallas is making the playoffs with a Deron-Felton-Barea backcourt + Zaza/DLee/Mejri/Dirk as rim protectors. Holy Carlisle.

Obviously looks unbelievable when you leave out the best shot blocker on the team!

As much dislike as I have Rondo, I will still be pulling for Sacramento tonight. I'm hoping they beat Houston and knock them out of the playoffs. Maybe Boogie goes off for a 30/20 game tonight.

Talk about team cancers. I have this odd assumption now boston is going to trade with sad sac. A big trade to get rondo and cousins there. Since I know danny ainge has always wanted to trade for cousins.

I really think the starters should play 1 quarters worth for the last regular season game. Can't risk any health concerns. I want Deron and JJ healthy for the playoff run.

You either play to win and possibly move up to 5 or 6, or you pull all your starters and accept getting swept by the Spurs in the 1st round... Either way, there's no need to half-ass it by playing our starters for a quarter or two -- this isn't an NFL preseason game.

If you're worried about them getting hurt there is no reason to play them for 1 quarter. Either you play them or you don't.

Sac is resting everyone. Rockets are going to win. And make the playoffs. and getting trashed. And lose their pick.

I doubt is was the player's decision. Probably Vlade. Management supposedly wants Karl to resign.
