Yes. The Celtics are a lot better than they've played since December. They've just been banged up.

Garnett gets better as he gets further from his knee procedure. Pierce had three injuries including a knee and thumb, and he's just gotten back near normal the last few games. Ray Allen is Ray Allen. Rondo can perform on both sides of the court. They're still working two key new guys into the bench. So yeah, they'll be tough in the playoffs.

The Mavs can't win every game.

When we lose a game like this all I can think of is how we may have gotten a spark earlier had Roddy been in the game.
