Great to see Barnes hit the clutch shot after missing the other night... This is the kind of progress we want to see out of him.

Good win. Mavs needed that. I'm all for losing games and getting the high pick, but sometimes you gotta win to keep the players morale up. Plus, seeing Parsons lose is always a win in my book.

I know we're tanking and everything, but I thought Dennis was brilliant in the second half and you could tell he really wanted the win. You have to reward the hard work he put in. Also fuck Parsons for taunting our bench.

On the one had, I don't want to win games in a meaningless season... On the other hand, fuck Chandler Parsons.

Nothing against morale, unless morale costs us Ayton or the other top 5's. Then Morale can suck it.

He made a three and then walked towards the Mav's bench and taunted them

Morale is one thing, but progress is another... Feels like Barnes is taking another step forward.
Besides, we'll probably end up picking #9 again and somehow have Porter Jr. fall to us anyway.

I agree. I'm just saying this game(and games like it) is likely going to be bittersweet in a few months come draft night. Barnes to me already showed last year he could hit clutch shots. He's taken a step by rebounding better and getting more ft's to me. If we get Porter at 9 then I don't think anyone will be upset though. And to clarify, nothing can be done about this win, It's not like RC took DSJ out and put jj in and we won because of JJ or Harris playing over DSJ in crunch time, like the Boston game wouldda been. DSJ and Barnes were on the floor so I'm not saying we should take them off the floor. It's just a bittersweet win for me is all.

Getting so damn old seeing people post that the team is purposely tanking.
That was a fantastic win just by the fact that the father and young son in the front row baseline under our bucket both lost their minds when HB hit that miracle. Also the young Mavs fans on the sideline who were vocal and battling the whole comeback. And more importantly Parsons fn face.

For what it's worth, I enjoyed seeing how pumped Nerlens was about the win
