Draft both because i dont see any trade using the picks that would make us really better

Or use #31 to move up with #18 to secure the guy you want

I picked keep 18 and trade 31...but no one will be surprised that we trade 18 for someone that we arent thrilled about but talk ourselves into liking within a week.

What they SHOULD do is draft. Build your team with some solid cheap pieces.
What they will TRY to do is trade those picks because I don't think they value picks.

If they can get a Oladipo or Lavine in here....there's reason to be optimistic about this upcoming season. More so Lavine since Dipo seems to be the more injury prone of the two.

I covet Wood. If he’s attainable. I also would be happy to stay where we are at and take two young rotation players/trade chips. But if they trade for a good fitting player on a good contract with 18 that’d be cool too. Just don’t want any old one dimensional guys that are a marginal upgrade (Danny Green, Lou Williams) for our picks. Take Quickley or Tre Jones or Joe or whatever good guard is there at 31. Or Tillman. Don’t overthink it.

I think we trade the 18th back into the 20s.
OKC seems to want Poku pretty bad so I could see the Mavs making some deal with them that involves Green and some other assets and Mavs getting 25.
Then take Bane or Josh Green at 25.
