Exclamation Would Denver?

Would Denver do a S&T with a package of KVH and Stack for Martin?

or

Would Denver do a S & T deal KVH and Stack for Camby?

Personally, I think Camby would be a better fit even though he's so damn injury prone.

Camby would be a perfect fit to back-up Dirk and log some significant minutes at the 5. This would also allow us to bring Ager up from the DL and replace him with Benga.

Diop/ Damp/ Camby
Dirk/ Camby/ Croshere
Howard/ George
Terry/ Buckner/ Ager
Harris/ Johnson.

I voted KMart since Denver is most likely to part with him than Camby. Somewhat of a confusing poll. I'd much rather get back Camby.

to be honest i dont think we need either one of them right now. i would never take Martin cause Martins the kind of player that wants to be a starter wants starter minutes and wants to be seen as the number 2 if not the number one guy on the team not coming off the bench and he seems like a player that would underperform to get his way or get traded to a team that will put him as a head guy. Camby on the other hand would be a great pick up as a player if he could stay healthy. In my mind i think the 3-4 game inguries that are gonna happen to players this year are gonna be the best thing for the team as long as its not in the playoffs. because anyone excluding dirk goes down for a couple games we have a guy coming off the bench just as good (maybe not in the same ways like Howard being Defense and George being offense) and it will gives us time to develop Ager and Pops. i think that if the mavs keep the youg guys they have and just work with them

Diop
Pops
Howard
Ager
Harris

will be one of the great starting lineups in the future. but im sure we'll probably trade everyone.

They would do Martin in a heartbeat because anyone who is sane would want to unload that awful contract. I cannot imagine them trading Camby in this scenario because they would lose their only decent center. Unless, of course, they decide that Nene' is their new starting center.

Camby would be the better fit, they won't trade him but they'd trade Martin, we don't need Martin so I doubt a trade takes place at all.

Denver just got rid of a swing man in Ruben Patterson, they need stack more now.....Karl said he probably still needs another power forward and Patterson said Kenyon definitely wants out................
KVH and Stack for Kenyon......................we are extremely deep now in the Guard position: terry/harris/AJ/Buck/Ager/stack/George, enough that we may not need Stack so much this year (in fact, he may not get enought minutes for his liking. With Kenyon, we would be SOOOOOOOOO deep at forward/Center. Dirk/Howard/Martin/Diop/Damp/Croshere/George........wow

I think Howard/Dirk/Martin would be a tough frontline offensively and decent defensively for good parts of games. Start Diop/Dirk/Howard, sub in Damp/Kmart/Croshere and play George sometimes at 2 and sometimes at 3.....with stack gone, we'll have more room at the 2.

We can even withstand injuries with that lineup................
