Default players we should not trade(or not)

with all this trade talk swirling around, there are a couple of players who i think the mavericks organization should consider not trading. yes shaq would get us an immediate championship, we have to think about the future at the same time. i think all of the young rooks and now sophmore players should be kept here. can you imagin our lineup if we traded nash and/or finley???

PG Harris
SG Daniels
SF Howard
PF Nowitzki
C Pavel

the future already excites me. i think if we make any kinda of run at shaq we have got to keep our young players. i guess giving up one young player with the exception of dirk could be acceptable, but Harris needs to be signed and kept for a long time. if anyone watches any of Wisconson's games than you know that harris i giong to be a special player. the only young player im willing to part with is pavel(unlikely) and i hate to say it but howard.

Must Trades:
Finely- his contract is so awful
Nash- time for the future. take what cuban offers but we cannot max you out
Walker- do we realy need to discuss him??
Stackhouse- same thing with walker
bradley- if we are not gonna use him might as well trade him

I'd like Finley and Nash to stick around about 2 more years for the younger players to really develope. Giving up veteran knowledge could be horrible. Second, I'd like to see Bradley finish out his career here eventhough I think he deserves more minutes. I think the Mavs should keep all of the youth: Pavel, Daniels, Howard, Harris, Steff(because his contract is so small), and Dirk. -Walker, Stackhouse, Laettner, Fortson, Delk, Tariq, possibly Eddie, etc. are fine for trading.

Finley isnt a must trade, but he is someone to shop.
Nash is not a must trade. He has 4+ years left in the tank. Just because you are looking forward to all of Dirk's career, doesnt mean you have to drop anyone older than Dirk.

Agreeed, add to that list Bradley and Najera --- role players.
This is 11 players, I think they should keep, with only 3 being possible trade assetts for Shaq (Howard, Finley, PPod)

Look to move: TAW, Walker, Delk, Laettner, Stack, Fortson -- in that order
(Wish LA would take these 6 for Shaq deal....LOL)

Send Flores to play overseas for a year to prove himself.
Let Stefansson play (summer league, etc), and either get him on the court if he is developing, or off the roster.
Sign Ostertag (LLE), if you don't get a Center with one of the trade pieces above.

Ostertag,Bradley, PPod, FA (maybe this Benga)
Nowitzki, Najera
Finley, Howard
Daniels,
Nash, Harris, (Stefansson)
