Free throws? Who needs em. Let's just slow tempo offense and get eaten up on pNr defense all fn game.
Dorian and Bullock are trash defenders, as far as "defensive specialists" go. They got their sh!t pushed in by Norman Powell in huge momentum swing moments.

2-6 in last 8
They make a good argument for a trade. A win streak could have let Cuban put his thumbs in his ears.
18 more days to see if the Mavs are going to be worth watching

Anyone who thinks Josh Green is untouchable is as bad as the FO. Guy is fun and energetic...and just not that good.
This isn't just a sour puss loser post either. Some people treat him like he is the best thing to happen to the team since we drafted Dirk and Luka.

Honestly other than Luka, he IS the best player we've had on the team.
Which is really fucking sad.

But I mean I like Hardy, but no way would that keep me from seriously upgrading the team.
And yes, it's the FO's fault for this, no question.
Oh and Hardy 0 minutes. It's just shocking how the media narrative is Kidd plays Green in way Rick didn't, and yet they are doing the exact same thing to Hardy. I'd rather move him to a team that plays him and doesn't take four years to develop him.

Josh is fine. He can't get a rhythm with junk ass Bullock and dfs in front of him OR on the court with him. They can't do anything with the ball. He's created so many assist opportunities yet no one knocks down shots or makes a play. His hustle is typically wasted by thrse clowns on the team.
I'd 100% rather watch him and Hardy forced into the starting lineup with Luka and Wood and us miss the playoff if that's what pans out THAN WATCH THIS SAME GARBAGE for the rest of the season.

Green has become a solid NBA player and I trust him to defend and take smart shots
I can't say that about Hardy because he seems to only look to shoot 1st much like THJ
Now if I had to choose to Hardy and THJ sure give me Hardy but I'm not taking him over Green

This is pretty bombastic, but you hit the nail on the head. Very few players in the entire league can just jump out there and shoot 40% when they're only given one attempt per half and inconsistently rotated in and out. It's what the Wizards players were saying was the problem in DC-- inconsistent minutes and no rotation.

Of course we aren't going to draft and develop the exact same player. We have up two future seconds knowing exactly who Hardy was. Having a shoot first player on your roster doesn't make them bad.
Hardy's ceiling is much higher than Green's. I'm not even sure that is debatable.

They could both provide help if given the chance. Different players for sure, and they would compliment each other well enough. 90% of us have been saying, this team is going nowhere fast as built, so develop the fn talent.

Yeah, the self-inflicted creation the FO has done has made us all think Josh and Hardy will save the day.
The reality is that when the deadlines comes around, teams are going to want both of those guys for the very reasons we want to keep them. And if it nets us a real difference maker, then you can't have them off the table.
We don't have any other assets to trade that teams will want to get that guy other than picks.
THJ and DFS isn't getting you OG.

Fairly debatable, to be sure. Both guys are young and provide different skill sets that should be complimenting each other in more minutes. Let's not veer towards shitting on our own young potential players to prop up another. I don't think that is what you are doing just yet, but to say it's not debatable is incorrect, imo

Difference makers aren't coming. Mark that. And I don't want to toss either of them in on guys who are minimal improvements.
It's sad that I'm now at, just move Dfs and Bullock so youth can develop, and move DP because ....pow!
