Default Kobe's first prison tattoo

Guard Kobe Bryant of the Los Angeles Lakers displays a new tattoo with the name of his wife, Vanessa, while speaking to reporters after a team practice at the Stan Sheriff Center in at the University of Hawaii-Manoa, in Honolulu, Oct. 6, 2003. Bryant is expected in court in Eagle, Colo., next Thursday where he faces charges of rape from an incident last June 30.

I guess his next one might feature the name of his husband in the Four Mile Colorado state penitentiary...

Kobe has SERIOUS psychological problems.

Someone said that they thought Kobe did steroids last year. At first I thought that was crazy. But, if you think about it it really does make sense. I wonder if it is possible to get away with using steroids in the NBA? I bet LeBron has everything in the world to do with this bizarre Kobe behavior. Kobe is terrified of LeBron, IMO.

You know, with anyone else I would say that makes sense. But with Kobe I disagree. I think he would rather go to jail for rape than have LeBron destroy him on the basketball court.

Just look at what has happend to Kobe since LeBron got more more money AS A rookie than Kobe after 3 championships, and all because of supposed "street cred".

I seriously doubt that any of Kobe's problems have much to do with LeBron James.

On another note, where did all Kobe's extra muscle go? He hit the gym hard last year and now not only has he lost that but some additional girth as well. He looks like a rookie.

That would explain his emaciated appearance featuring withered muscles on brittle bones. Do you think Stern would turn his head on Kobe's track marks?

More breaking news on the Kobe tattoo:

The admitted adulterer and accused rapist's tattoo is not only dedicated to his wife Vanessa, but it also references bible psalm 27... Evidently, Kobe with his liking of good, clean, and violent, extramarital anal-encounters feels that he is being persecuted by encamped hosts of wicked enemies and false witnesses...

Psalm 27: The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid? 2 When the wicked, even mine enemies and my foes, came [1] upon me to eat up my flesh, they stumbled and fell. 3 Though an host should encamp against me, my heart shall not fear: though war should rise against me, in this will I be confident. 4 One thing have I desired of the Lord, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to behold the beauty [2] of the Lord, and to enquire in his temple. 5 For in the time of trouble he shall hide me in his pavilion: in the secret of his tabernacle shall he hide me; he shall set me up upon a rock. 6 And now shall mine head be lifted up above mine enemies round about me: therefore will I offer in his tabernacle sacrifices of joy; [3] I will sing, yea, I will sing praises unto the Lord.

7 Hear, O Lord, when I cry with my voice: have mercy also upon me, and answer me. 8 When thou saidst, Seek ye my face; my heart said unto thee, Thy face, Lord, will I seek. 9 Hide not thy face far from me; put not thy servant away in anger: thou hast been my help; leave me not, neither forsake me, O God of my salvation. 10 When my father and my mother forsake me, then the Lord will take me up. 11 Teach me thy way, O Lord, and lead me in a plain [4] path, because of mine enemies. 12 Deliver me not over unto the will of mine enemies: for false witnesses are risen up against me, and such as breathe out cruelty. 13 I had fainted, unless I had believed to see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. 14 Wait on the Lord: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the Lord.

With all the money Kobe has you would think he could get a better looking tatoo.

I don't know if this is a thread, or board for that matter, to bring in some common sense but....

To think Lebron has anything to do with the current Kobe situation is just...well....I need to put that poster on my pendejo list.

Kobe bulked up last season by working out like a madman. In previous offseason he's worked on different parts of his game, i.e. his jumpshot after hoisting up airballs vs. Utah, last summer he bulked up because he wanted to play all 82 games. This year with the two surgeries and his major legal issues he hasn't had time to work out or even play basketball so he's dropped off.

Allot of public figures like Kobe do some of the stupidest things, it's like they're getting advice from some cheesy day time opera or B rate movie writer. Kobe's done some of the stupidiest public things after the incident which tells me he's not listening to anyone. It also tells me that he's either truely sorry or his wife has gone mid evil on his buttocks. Kobe may challenge Cristie for the Heavy Weight P-Whipped title of the NBA.
