Cliff Robinson suspended

---------------------------------------- Nets' Robinson suspended Forward benched five games for anti-drug violation Posted: Friday May 12, 2006 2:41PM; Updated: Friday May 12, 2006 2:54PM NEW YORK (AP) -- The National Basketball Association has suspended without pay New Jersey Nets forward-/center Clifford Robinson for violating the terms of the league's anti-drug program. Robinson's five-game suspension will start with tonight's playoff game between the Nets and Miami Heat. Coming off the bench, Uncle Cliffy had just six points in the first two games of the current series. |
