Some silly thoughts
Dallas trades
Michael Finley and Darrell Armstrong Receives Jason Kidd and Ron Mercer -- Cleveland trades Scott Williams, DeSagana Diop, Dejuan Wagner, Eric Snow, Robert Traylor, Lucious Harris Receives Michael Finley and Darrell Armstrong -- New Jersey trades Jason Kidd and Ron Mercer Receives Scott Williams, DeSagana Diop, Dejuan Wagner, Eric Snow, Robert Traylor, Lucious Harris -- Why woulds - Dallas - no comment. I´m not pro this move, but it might be an option. Cleveland - they get a shooting guard who is willing to play a complementary role and will help Lebron. They get rid of Snow, Diop and Wagner. New Jersey - they save lot of money, the only contract running long is Snows. They can try go keep some cheap talent by possibly resigning Wagner, Diop, else they cut their payroll and get cheap moveable pieces.

Who´n whys ...
New Orleans clears alot of Payroll, can build around Magloire and their draft pick, with just Magloire and rookies JR Smith and David West holding contracts not expiring soon. Big players on the FA market in 05 and / or 06. Denver gets more PT for Nene in the frontcourt. Getting Finley and Howard will help the team overall, Anderson and Madsen can take the backup roles in the front court. Minnie gets rid of all and everything while getting a solid competitive starting 5 back for a new start. Baron Davis, Jerry Stackhouse, Wally World, PJ Brown, Marcus Camby with Troy Hudson, Eddie Griffin and da Kandi Man off the bench can compete for a playoff spot no less then the current squad. They might need some picks to bite. Dallas ... well, you cannot deny that kind of deal, even if you have to pick up some potential dead weight.
