It is a comparison because they are both professional NBA teams... I think it is obvious that Houston AND Detroit both play a slower defensive oriented game, but that certainly doesn't mean you cant compare another team to them... My whole point was simply to point out that Dallas almost scores more in the first quarter than Detroit/Houston does in the first half...

For anyone actually watching the game, are the Mavs just executing superbly on offense, or are the Kings helping out by playing terrible defense? Just curious as listening to the radio doesn't really let me figure that out.
