Goran looks like he will be worth his big payday. What was Houston thinking? Why didn't the Mavs make a harder push for him?

This loss helps us more than a W. Players need to work harder. Too soft on D and too chaotic on O.

Rep.
I'm disappointed, obviously, but I think you are right. We need to toughen up and work through adversity--even without Dirk. We've gotta pull it together and get some practices in before Saturday.

Got abused by Goran tonight which is weird since they do train together during the off season. With all that said, he was by far the best Mavs PG on the floor tonight. A little better on the pass in PnR situations. I know the Mavs want Roddy to be the backup SG, but at this point he may have to go back being a PG or the Mavs might want to look into finding another PG.
-I see more Dennis Rodman in Crowder than the 20pt outburst like the Houston game. He has quick hands but than again he was going up against Markius Morris and Royce White.
-Cunningham is probably the worst of the rookies. Very wild for a 3 year starter out of college.
-DoJo might have played himself off the team tonight. His confidence is very low.
-Carter continues to shoot the ball well.

I don't get what the team intends to accomplish by keeping him on the roster. Guys down the bench should be players that play in a pinch to help out. I'm confident that Sarge, Roddy, West, D. Jones, can all help out in some regard. Even Cunningham has elite athleticism on his side. Dojo isn't going to help do anything. The attempt by the FO to make him a pg or any kind of contributor has failed. Time to move on...

West can at least make a few shots. Both are turnover prone, but Dojo can't hit the broad side of a barn.

Good questions. I for one was firmly in the sign Dragic camp.

Dojo is on the roster because I'm not sold on delonte as a backup point. Rick is trying to diff that third one. Sadly he is number three on the depth chart.
