Why everyone does it:

Dal- gets center and SF while clearing up logjam and reducing roster space. The only problem is the leangth of Marion's contract (that wont be a problem if we trade him in a couple of years)

Chi- if memphis wont give Bonzi/Swift.... Howard/Najera/1st isnt a bad backup plan.

Phoenix- Gets center and scorer... gets rid of marion. Eisley for TAW is good for them because insurance takes care of TAW's contract and they dont need Eisly becasue they have Nash/barbosa
