Default 1st Rounder for Thornton?
Per Yahoo! Sports' Marc Spears:

Thornton, who was the 43rd overall pick in the 2009 NBA Draft, has averaged 19.5 points per 36 possessions during his first season and a half. But he has failed to receive consistent minutes due to his defensive liabilities.

Nevermind, Thornton and David Andersen just got traded to the Kings for Carl Landry.

Update: The deal is now Thornton/cash for Landry. All David Andersen #11 swingman jersey owners can sleep soundly.
