mavs have gone ice cold on the jumpshot, more penetration it would be nice to sneak in a foul or two on yao before halftime

Disturbing trend--- Rockets getting layup after layup. Mavs never get a layup.

Shit. Not a good foul by Finley. Shit.
They might find a few more shots for Finley. Just a thought.

People needing to stop giving up hope at the first sign of adversity... we've come back from much worse in this series.

LOOOOOOONG way from over. Long way.
I'm half turning into a McGrady fan. The guy is stone cold, man. Stone cold, man.
Not worried, though. The better team will win the game.

This whole series has not been Dirk's time. If it does go to 7, I wouldn't expect Dirk to spin it around after this spell.
However, it's okay as long as the rest of the guys step up.

Nice block 'quesy, nice block baby...
Houston continues to be the whiniest team I've ever seen. But the mavs need to get ready for their defense, they are ratcheting it up ....
BIG TIME

I realize the game isn't over..
... but hell..
We need to play, Terry, Stack, Dirk and Howard the FULL second half.. Let DAmpier Foul out he is useless, then stick Hendu on Yao

Terry looks calm and collected out there. Harris needs to stay parked on the bench.

RE: Official Game 6 thread: Dallas @ Houston
I feel very fortunate the Mavs are only down by 7.
Dirk was driving earlier on, he needs to keep that up.
Rockets out-hustled the Mavs in the second quarter.
James and McGrady have made some great shots.

RE:Official Game 6 thread: Dallas @ Houston
Has Dirk had the flu recently? He plays aggressive in the first quarter then it just goes downhill. I don't even remember him grabbin' a board since the first quarter. I agree with what Chuck said partially. Dirk is definately shooting too many jumpers. He's making the Rockets look wayyy too good defensively.
JET also needs to quit forcing shots. Like Collin's said the guy isn't gonna miss if open. Create some shots for the guy.

What happened to all the penetration we have been doing for 3 games? Penetration is the key to winning this game. I am optimistic still. That surge is about as bad as it is going to get. I mean really? You just have to smile watching McGrady. Man o Man. Awesome!

3-9 in the first half of a closeout game....if I weren't such a hopeless homer right now, I'd rip him too.

Chuck's right. Dirk's not taking the ball to the basket, he's shooting those fadeaways again.
