what a terrible looking shot to end the half by Manu...

Why would Manu stop at the three point line there? I understand that would of given the Spurs ridiculous momentum going into the 2nd half, but the defenders were back peddling and he had "downhill" momentum going. His game is usually do the European 2-step to the basket and get the foul.
The Spurs just don't look themselves to be honest. Very odd first half for them. Tony Parker and Manu are going to have to step it up big time.

Avery is probably coaching them.
In all serious, I heard he was in foul trouble.

you realize that duncans entire career has been built on that right? wade and shaq are the only two superstars ive ever seen who are as ref dependant as he is.

I don't think there has been one call made where there hasn't been someone complaining.

sadly working the refs is a big part of a player's or coaches responsibility in today's NBA.

So Bob Knight has no problem throwing a chair for money, but when a reporter asks him about it he wants them hanged.

If the Mavs drop out of the playoffs, the Suns are definitely my bandwagon team. Nash AND Shaq? My childhood heroes.

Everytime you count the Spurs out, they always seem to say.. "nope.. we're still in this thing."
I guess that's why they're champs.

Why did the SUns run this play for Barbosa? They should have tried to force it into Amare somehow.

I think they were forced to. Spurs got a great defense. Nash's over-dribbling got them in a hole that play.

jackson is a big fan of hyperbole. i know he hates stockton but nash does not run the pick and roll better than stockton did.
